Limbic is a contemporary fragrance house grounded in the relationship between field and form — the spatial conditions that allow perception to settle, extend, and remain.

Each fragrance is developed not as an object to be worn, but as an environment to inhabit. Materials are handled with restraint, allowing openness, diffusion, and quiet structure to emerge without excess. The result is defined less by notes than by perceptual character — compositions that remain breathable, oriented, and enduring.

Alongside the collection, Limbic maintains a journal of observations — essays written in relation to each fragrance study, attending to the conditions that the work emerges from and the conditions it produces. These observations accumulate over time into a single body of work: Field | Form.

The intention is not to overwhelm, nor to disappear — but to create environments the nervous system recognizes as coherent. When relationships are resolved, attention no longer searches for order. Awareness is free to rest.
